Registered in 2024, Fresh Fez is a British-Moroccan family business founded by Najia Filali Naji, her son Sami Filali Naji, and her daughter-in-law Nouhaila Mrani Alaoui.

At Fresh Fez, we combine authentic Moroccan recipes with fresh, local ingredients to bring the flavours of Moroccan street food to your local, British town.

With gluten-free and vegan-friendly options, our menu features only the most sought-after selection of dishes, all of which are prepared in a convenient grab-and-go format.
